New job means new professional portrait for many people. GEP has you covered with a headshot you will absolutely love. I have had several questions about backdrops from those booking in studio sessions lately.

Luckily for you, I have several backdrops to choose from!

Below I have 3 samples of the backdrops I generally use that work with anyone. The first is a solid dark grey. This one is a client favorite because it really accentuates the person being photographed. Laura really pops out of the images in this first one.

The second option is a light mottled grey. This background can be great to give a little texture and depth to your portrait.

Lastly, the third option is a solid light grey. Very similar to the first option, this one isn’t quite as dark.

Ultimately it really comes down to what you personally like and what you’re looking for.
